How does the referral program work?
When you refer an agent and they close their first OFFICIAL transaction with us, you receive a $100 reward.
An official transaction is a transaction that is completed after the standard service agreement between the agent and DREAM, Inc. is signed. This does not include the free trial transaction.
When do I get paid for the referral?
Referral payouts are issued within 15 days after the referred agent's first closed official transaction.
Is there a limit to how many agents I can refer?
No! You can refer as many agents as you'd like — and earn $100 per successful referral.
What if my referral doesn’t close a deal?
The reward is only issued after the referred agent completes their first official closing using our services. This does not include cancelled transactions.
Can I refer someone out of state?
Absolutely! As long as they are licensed and need transaction coordination, they qualify.
Do I need to be a current client to refer someone?
No, anyone can refer an agent, though clients often find it easier to recommend our services.
How will I receive the referral payout?
Payouts are typically sent via Zelle or check — you'll choose your preferred method.
Do I get anything extra if I refer a team or multiple agents at once?
Yes! We offer special incentives or bonus tiers for group or team referrals. Ask us directly for details.
