Do I need to be in Virginia to work with you?
Nope! While we’re based in Virginia, we support agents in multiple markets depending on your brokerage systems.
How do I get started with your services?
If you are a new agent or team, you can get started by scheduling a consultation with us, where we go over how the D.R.E.A.M., team can assist you and gather your preferences. From there you will add the services needed to your cart and select whether you would like to pay upfront or at close. Fill out our intake form provided at checkout and on the receipt, then we will handle your paperwork from there!
Are you licensed?
Yes! We have both licensed and unlicensed professionals on staff, and your assigned specialist will meet your state-specific requirements.
Do you work with teams or solo agents?
Both! We offer custom packages for solo agents and scalable solutions for teams of all sizes.
When should I bring in a TC for a transaction?
As soon as you go under contract! The earlier we’re looped in, the smoother your deal will run.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are available to assist you 9am-10pm 7 days a week! (Monday through Sunday)
Can you work with multiple MLS platforms and tools?
Yes! If your MLS is new to our system, we recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss ways for us to use it and learn it in a way that aligns best with your process and the MLS site’s regulations. If your MLS is already in our system, we have the tools and resources on how to use it and will tailor our knowledge to the process that’s best for yourself or your team!
